Visit MyEnergyCenter and log into your account. You'll need your account username.

Look for 'Billing' in the menu, & select Pricing Plans to view your current plan and options.

You can only change your rate plan once every 12 months, so do compare plans carefully.
Most plans have higher rates during 4-9 PM. Consider if you can shift usage outside these hours.
If you're on CARE, Medical Baseline, or other programs, make sure your new plan is compatible.
